Live Story Retreats are events that provoke a small group to commence the journey of actively seeking to understand what it means 'to be a disciple making disciple', 'live as faithful stewards of God's resources' and 'to seek and be part of authentic community'.
If you are interested in attending one of these events we would love to hear from you.
Our Conversation Starter Retreats encourage groups of participants that are committed to the conversations to continue meeting as a 'Community of Practice'.
These groups will seek to engage in the '3 Core Conversations', one at a time over a period of 12 months. This group will move these conversations forward including practically applying what they are learning. Live Story will continue to walk with these communities and coach them as they progress.
We are currently building a transferable Discipleship process for young adults.
This process will be facilitated in partnership with existing faith communities and will take participants through our '3 Core Conversations' and provide them with 'Catalytic Exposure' to new paradigms, resources, experiences and people.
Live Story will continue to support the local facilitator by engaging in a Coaching Partnership and hosting Live Teaching Webinars throughout the 12 month process.
Live Story offers coaching and consultancy to Pastors, Ministry Leaders and Leadership Teams wishing to explore what Discipleship, Stewardship and Community really looks like in the context of their faith community.
Coaching can take place with Individual Pastors/Leaders, Leadership Teams or small groups within the faith community.
Recognising a need for stewardship based discipleship training that promotes selfless living and giving was the impetus for the creation of The Generous Church Project.
Three steward leaders, one living in the USA, one in Australia, and the other in Europe, began working together in East Africa developing this program that can transform the global church into a reflection of Jesus Christ.
